This shop is amazing! They are very friendly, efficient, and reliable. I trust them and they also offer a complimentary car while your car is in the shop. Alex at the front desk is very professional and personal. Matt is also great very friendly and explains everything clearly in terms of work that needs to be done on the car. Thank you so much for being a local trustworthy shop. Highly recommend this location and business !

Midas made my state inspection appointment quick and easy. When I scheduled the appointment, they sent me a reminder text and arranged a loaner vehicle in advance. When I arrived, everything was ready—I simply dropped off my car, picked up the loaner, and received a call when my vehicle was finished. Excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service!

Exceptional organizations distinguish themselves not only by the quality of their work, but by the professionalism, integrity, and customer experience they consistently deliver. My recent visit to Midas for a battery replacement exemplified exactly why this company has earned the trust of customers for generations. I want to specifically recognize Alex, Matt, and Chris for delivering what I would describe as a best-in-class customer experience. From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Every interaction was respectful, transparent, and solution-oriented. They took the time to clearly explain the battery replacement process, answered every question with confidence, and ensured I was fully informed before any work was performed. That level of communication builds trust—and trust is the foundation of every great service organization. What stood out most was the team’s culture. Alex, Matt, and Chris worked together with remarkable coordination, mutual respect, and accountability. It was evident that they take pride not only in delivering quality automotive service, but al

The facility is clean and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They do very good work and their prices are, at the very least, competitive. My first interaction with Midas was for a $20 state inspection but everything about that visit made me want to have them do the work any time my car needs it. It's nice to have a mechanic that you trust and I found that at Midas of Richmond.

Fantastic job, Midas on Arthur Ashe Blvd !!! I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, sense of urgency and great final product. I called one morning with a request of 2 tires that needed to be changed on my only daily vehicle, and ,oh boy, did they deliver! Thanks Alex for initialy speeding the process and the maintenance guy I communicated through the process ( sorry, don't know his name). Fantastic job every time I've been in the shop.
